Was online looking to buy a keyboard when I came across this place. They immediately got back to me minutes after I emailed and inquired about a keyboard they had. Drove over on a weekend to pick it up, and everyone there was awesome. Very quick to help and friendly staff as well place has lots of stuff. If you're a musician looking to buy instruments or whatnot, this is the place way better than the guitar center. I definitely recommend you check them out!

Favorite music shop! Over the years I have bought: a guitar, two basses (one from another franchise), pedals, cases, microphone, cables, and a mic stand. The prices are always a great value. I love that all the gear is used. The staff is always super friendly and helpful (unlike guitar center YUCK). I’ve also traded two guitars in and have been very pleased with the value I’ve gotten. This will continue to be my favorite shop in the metro area, worth the 20-30 minute outside of Boston. Thank you!!!!

Cool place a real nice selection of used guitars, bass, amps, drums, keyboards and acoustics. The staff were very helpful, Jeff who was primarily helping me while I was there was super cool. For being a store that deals mostly with used stuff everything was in great shape for the most part that I could see. I didn't realize that everything in there was used because it was set up so good with a nice selection of gear, except for strings and accessories ya know stuff like that, that's all new. It was over an drive for me, but I definitely see me going back. If you're in the Natick, MA area I definitely go check them out.

I don’t write reviews often, but this magnificent establishment exceeded my expectations. I went in looking for some used gear, and tattooed jeff was the friendliest and most professional employees I have ever met. From start to finish he helped me thoroughly find what I was looking for, in my price range, and I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated before. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I reached out over the weekend and was surprised to get a prompt response to my inquiry. “Jeff” answered all my questions regarding the vintage acoustic guitar being advertised and provided additional photos in our subsequent email exchanges. The condition of the guitar was accurately described, it shipped and arrived promptly (Georgia), well packaged and playable right out of the box. I also purchased a nice SKD case. The prices and shipping costs were very reasonable. Excellent customer service.

The store owner and the employees have no integrity, horrible business ethics, and are not worth wasting time on. They promised one thing, and then basically in so many words told me they'd make more money to be go back on their word and give me the shaft. People with this unscrupulous way of doing business shouldn't be in business. This type of behavior will come back and bite them. As a reply… we already discussed this. Your manager told me that he would wave that and sell it to me. I offered my credit card way before the guitar sold . They told me that they wouldn’t allow it to seek to someone else, so please stop trying to redeem yourself. The guy didn’t even pick up the guitar till days later. Your opportunity to redeem your was before the guy picked up the guitar. You could’ve simply refunded him and done the right thing. Your employees should be accountable for what they promised. You choose not to deal with it. So please stop with the claim of policy. I have to deal with my employees claims or mistakes. It’s what a good ethical business man does.

Great staff and a lot of fun for players of all levels. Vic and team are always great to deal with. Been a customer for several years. Just bought a guitar that was fairly priced and was also able to trade in some old, unused gear that I know will go to a good home. They get gear in constantly so there is always something cool. My only regrets were not buying the used bagpipes, a vintage Fender tweed, a vintage Fender Silverface and not having room in my life for a big Marshall stack in mint condition!! Here were a few photos of other items I was considering. My favorite thing is seeing customers of all ages and skill levels and all are greeted respectfully and warmly. I noticed the repairs and setup department was doing a really brisk repeat business so they must be doing a great job.
